About

Skydiver is a hybrid record store, café, bar, and event space in Collingwood, Naarm/Melbourne, opened in 2016 by three local DJs from Animals Dancing, Awesome Wales, Daydreams, Everyday Coffee, Otologic + more.

Our shelves feature a carefully curated collection of new and used records and tapes spanning house, techno, disco, italo, synth-pop, new beat, new wave, cosmic, dub, ambient, IDM, jungle and more. We stock releases from local, interstate, and international labels, and regularly host in-store record launches, performances, food pop-ups, and other community events. We also offer a 12” disc-flattening service for warped vinyl.

Our bar is serving drinks whenever we’re open, and our rear courtyard is available to the public unless booked privately. We’re open late on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights and Closed Monday & Tuesdays.
